Upon successful payment, please upload the receipt from Loket.com to your account, and the committee will confirm your payment.

Please keep the QR code that you have received from Loket.com to get access to the venue.

Requests for cancellation will only be accepted in writing to email event_genetics@fk.unair.ac.id
– Cancellation before September 2, 2022: a 50% of the paid registration fee will be refunded
– Cancellation from September 2-8, 2022: a 25% of the paid registration fee will be refunded
– Cancellation on D-day (September 9-11, 2022) and No-shows will not qualify for a refund

Registration cannot be transferred to another person

The refund will be made by bank transfer to the payee nominated bank account

Observing the current situation of Covid 19 which increases in number, in order to anticipate the spread of the Covid 19 virus, all participants present are required to bring swab results dated maximum of D-2 (September 7 for WS bundling participants and September 8 for symposium only participants). As an alternative, the committee will provide Ag Swab examination facilities onsite.
